- Holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Central Mindanao University, Musuan, Maramag, Bukidnon and then proceeded and graduated with the Bachelor of Laws at the South Western University, Cebu City.
- He passed the bar exam on May 2006, and then held a Private Law Office.
- He entered politics and was elected as the No. 1 City Councilor of the City of Malaybalay during the May 2010 election.
HON. LORENZO L. DINLAYAN, JR.

- Former Kagawad of Barangay 9, a Local Assessment Operations Officer of the Provincial Assessor’s Office
- Being a politician by blood, he was elected during the May 2010 election as City Councilor in the City of Malaybalay.

- He graduated Bachelor of Arts in English at UM Tagum College, Tagum, Davao del Norte as Cum Laude and took his law degree at the University of San Carlos, Cebu City and passed the Bar Examination in 1989.

HON. RENDON P. SANGALANG

- He graduated valedictorian at Aglayan Public Elementary School
- Secondary education at San Isidro College in the City of Malaybalay. - He obtained his Law Degree at San Beda College of Law in Manila and passed the Philippine Bar Examination in 2002.
- In 2003, Atty. Sangalang took and successfully passed the New York State Bar Examination. He is admitted to practice law in the Philippines and in the United States of America. After his successful practice in the United States of America, he decided to go home to fulfill his dreams of serving the public
HON. PROVO B. ANTIPASADO

- Married to Delia B. Antipasado
- He joined politics and was elected as City Councilor during the 1998 election and served as such for 3 consecutive terms until June 30, 2007.
- He worked as the Provincial Administrator of the Province of Bukidnon.
HON. ANTHONY CANUTO G. BARROSO

- Parents, the Retired Judge Jose M. Barroso, Jr., the current City Legal Officer and Recita Galenzoga Barroso. - Elementary Education at the then Malaybalay City Central Pilot School
- Secondary Education at the Bukidnon State College Secondary Laboratory School
- Graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Arts Anthropology at Siliman, University and took up law and graduated from the Bukidnon State College in 2006.
- Married to Danilda Gamao Barroso
- He entered politics and was elected as City Councilor of the City of Malaybalay during the 2010 election.

- Parents The late and former City Councilor Liberato P. Tortola and Nieves Melendez Tortola.

- Graduated with Bachelor of Science in Commerce at the Liceo de Cagayan University and proceeded to his Bachelor of Laws at San Carlos University in Cebu and Xavier University in Cagayan de Oro City before he pursued a fulltime job career with Allied Bank in 1981.
- Married to Elaine Beltran Domo who hails from Balingasag, Misamis Oriental
- He followed the footsteps of his deceased father, entered politics, ran and was elected as City Councilor of the City of Malaybalay.
HON. NICOLAS C. JUROLAN

- Born on September 10, 1950
- Parents, former Kagawad of the Sangguniang Bayan, the late Vicente V. Jurolan and Simeona Capacio Jurolan.
- Elementary Education at the Managok Elementary School
- Secondary Education at the Bukidnon National High School-Malaybalay
- Graduated with Bachelor of Science in Commerce at San Jose Recoletos, Cebu City.
- Married to Perlita Bolivar Jurolan, he is both a farmer and a businessman. He joined politics and was first appointed as Kagawad of the Sangguniang Bayan on July 15, 1986 to November 17, 1987. He sought post in the Municipal Council and was elected and served as Kagawad from February 16, 1988 to March 23, 1992. He ran for mayor and elected as then Municipal Mayor and served as such for 2 consecutive terms from April 1992 to February 1998. In May 1998, he was reelected for his last term as City Mayor and served as such until June of 2001. In July 2001 he ran and was elected as City Vice Mayor and served for one term until June 2004. After concentrating to business and farming between the years from 2004 and 2013, he ran and was elected as City Councilor of the City of Malaybalay

- The son of the late Hon. Uncle George P. Damasco, the Hon. "Winky" Damasco replaced the late Hon. Damasco as member of the 7th Sangguniang Panlungsod of Malaybalay City, Province of Bukidnon
